What is Off-Camera Creative?

Off-Camera Creative is a curated shop for creative projects you can do for no reason other than wanting to make something. We look for adult-quality kits that are approachable, absorbing, and genuinely satisfying. No art degree or perfectly organized craft room required.

Do I need to be artistic?

No. Many of our projects are designed for beginners, and the instructions, patterns, or pre-printed guides do much of the intimidating work for you.

Check each product page for its difficulty level and what is included. If you are unsure where to start, contact us and we will help you choose.

What kinds of projects do you carry?

Our collection may include paint-by-number, diamond painting, embroidery, watercolor, puzzles, and other projects worth disappearing into for a while. The assortment changes as we find new favorites.

What comes with my kit?

It depends on the project. Every product page includes a “What’s Included” section whenever that information is available, along with any extra supplies you may need.

How long does a project take?

Some projects fit into a few short sessions; others can keep you happily occupied for weeks. Completion time depends on the project, your pace, and how often you pick it up.

We think finishing is optional. The time spent making still counts.

Is this a subscription?

No. Products currently available on the site are one-time purchases unless a product is clearly labeled as a subscription.

When will my order arrive?

Unless a product page states otherwise, orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, and most arrive within 5–15 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

We work with multiple product and fulfillment partners. Products from the same order may ship separately, arrive on different days, and have different tracking numbers.

Check your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking information. You will not be charged extra because an order ships in multiple packages.

Where is my tracking information?

When tracking is available, we will email it after your order ships. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email hello@offcameracreative.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but orders cannot be changed or canceled after they enter fulfillment.

Can I return a kit?

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior approval. Opened or started kits generally cannot be returned because they contain consumable and easily misplaced materials.

What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?

Contact hello@offcameracreative.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and make it right.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but they are on our wish list.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States.
