Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about the project you chose. If something is not right, start by emailing hello@offcameracreative.com.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unstarted
In its original packaging
Complete, with all tools, materials, instructions, and accessories included
In the same condition in which it arrived
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because many creative kits contain consumable, sealed, or easily misplaced materials, opened or started kits cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Start a return before mailing anything

Email hello@offcameracreative.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will send instructions and the correct return address.

Do not mail a return to the address shown on the original package. Some products ship from fulfillment partners, and that address may not be able to accept returns. Items sent without approval or to the wrong address may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

For ordinary returns, including a change of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Off-Camera Creative is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

If we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, missing components, or different from what you ordered.

Include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed your request.

Minor variations in color, packaging, or product appearance caused by screen settings, manufacturing changes, or supplier updates are not necessarily considered defects.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless required by law, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened, used, or started craft kits
Products missing materials, tools, instructions, or original packaging
Gift cards
Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked “Final Sale”
Digital products or downloadable content
Personalized or custom-made products

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The simplest option is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Processing time varies by financial institution.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect item.

Order cancellations

Contact hello@offcameracreative.com as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard return policy applies.
