These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of offcameracreative.com (the “Site”) and purchases from Off-Camera Creative (“Off-Camera Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your place of residence to use the Site or make a purchase.
You may not use the Site or its content:
- For an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose
- To violate another person’s rights
- To transmit malware or interfere with the Site’s security or operation
- To scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit Site content without permission
- To submit false information or make unauthorized purchases
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Site when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
2. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and display products accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your screen, and product packaging or minor components may change.
Measurements, completion times, difficulty levels, and delivery windows are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time. We do not guarantee that every product will always be available.
3. Orders
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted the order.
We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or product-information errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Quantity limitations
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
4. Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the total shown at checkout.
Promotional offers:
- Apply only during the stated offer period
- May be subject to exclusions or minimum purchase requirements
- Cannot be combined unless expressly stated
- Have no cash value
- May be changed or ended as permitted by law
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Products in one order may be fulfilled by different partners and may arrive in separate packages. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Creative kits and safety
Always read and follow the instructions, age recommendations, warnings, and safety information included with a product.
Some kits may contain small parts, sharp tools, adhesives, paints, pigments, or other materials that require careful handling. Unless a product is expressly marketed for children, our products are selected primarily for adult use. Adult supervision is required whenever appropriate.
Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe. Product information on the Site is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions or warnings.
8. Third-party services and fulfillment partners
Our store is hosted by Shopify, and we use third parties for services such as payments, analytics, marketing, shipping, and order fulfillment.
Some products may be shipped directly by a fulfillment partner. Sharing necessary order and delivery information with these providers allows us to process and deliver your order. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
9. Reviews, comments, and other submissions
If you submit a review, photo, comment, idea, or other content to us (“User Content”), you represent that:
- You own it or have permission to share it
- It is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- It does not violate another person’s rights
- It is not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and share User Content in connection with operating and promoting Off-Camera Creative, subject to applicable law.
We may remove User Content, but we are not obligated to monitor all submissions.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content—including the Off-Camera Creative name, branding, copy, graphics, logos, layout, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Product names, artwork, photographs, trademarks, and other materials supplied by manufacturers, artists, and other partners remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the Site for personal, noncommercial purposes only. No license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express warranties stated by us or the product manufacturer.
We do not warrant that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that every product will meet every user’s subjective expectations.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Off-Camera Creative and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to that claim.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Off-Camera Creative and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.
15. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, FL, unless applicable law provides otherwise. You consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue.
17. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms and the policies linked within them constitute the entire agreement between you and Off-Camera Creative regarding the Site and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
